1. Our services

Bowa Gate Global Travel and Tours Ltd (RC 6905229), trading as Bowagate Travels, provides visa application support, international flight ticketing, hotel reservations, travel insurance, travel packages and related services.

2. Our role

We act as your agent. We prepare, submit and track applications and bookings on your behalf. Visa decisions are made only by the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee that any visa will be approved, or how long an authority will take to decide.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us complete, accurate and genuine information and documents.
• Make sure your passport meets the validity rules for your destination.
• Tell us promptly about any change to your plans or circumstances.
• Meet entry requirements such as health certificates, vaccinations and onward travel rules.

If we find that any document is false or altered, we will stop work immediately, and fees paid will not be refunded. We may also be required to report it to the relevant authorities.

4. Quotes, fees and payment

• We give a quote before starting work. Fees are confirmed in writing (including on WhatsApp or email).
• Our service fees are separate from embassy, visa centre, government, airline, hotel and insurance charges, which are set by those providers and may change.
• Work begins once we receive payment and the required documents, unless we agree otherwise.

5. Flights, hotels and other bookings

Bookings are subject to the terms of the airline, hotel or supplier, including fare rules, change fees and cancellation policies. Please check names and dates carefully — they must match your passport exactly.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by decisions or delays of embassies, immigration authorities, airlines, hotels or other third parties, by incorrect information you provide, or by events outside our control. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for the affected service.

8. Website content

Information on this website is for general guidance and may change without notice. Visa rules change often, so we confirm current requirements with you before you apply. All content, logos and designs on this website belong to Bowagate Travels and may not be copied without permission.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data under our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will first be handled through good-faith discussion and, if unresolved, by the courts of Lagos State.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to services booked after the date shown above.
