Embassy, visa centre, government, biometrics and courier fees, airline tickets, hotel bookings and insurance premiums are paid to third parties. Once paid, they can only be refunded if, and to the extent that, the provider allows it. We will request any refund that is available on your behalf.
Visa decisions are made only by the embassy or immigration authority. A refusal does not entitle you to a refund of service fees or third-party fees. If your visa is refused, we can review the refusal reasons with you and advise on a reapplication.
Changes, cancellations and refunds depend on the fare rules of your ticket. Some fares are non-refundable. Where a refund or change is allowed, the airline’s charges apply, and we may add an administration fee, which we will tell you before proceeding.
Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy for your booking. Bookings marked “non-refundable” cannot be refunded.
If a problem is caused by an error on our part, we will fix it at no extra cost or refund the affected service fee.
Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your name, booking or application details and the reason for your request. We will confirm whether a refund applies and how much. Approved refunds are paid to the account the payment came from. Refunds that depend on a third party are paid once we receive the money from them.
