No — travel insurance does not cover visa refusals. However, trip cancellation cover applies for unforeseen illness, bereavement, or declared emergencies. Visit our Visa Refusal Recovery service for refusal support.

Most certificates are issued same day — typically within 1–2 hours of payment. For urgent visa appointments, WhatsApp us and we will prioritise your order immediately.

Premium and Family plans include COVID-19 medical expenses, mandatory quarantine, and trip cancellation if you test positive before departure. The Basic plan does not include COVID-19 cover.

Yes. All plans meet the minimum Schengen requirement of €30,000 medical cover and are issued by embassy-approved underwriters. All three plans — Basic, Premium, and Family — are fully Schengen compliant.
